Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. When asking for support with any purchased plugin, you may be asked to provide a valid license key as proof of purchase. To maintain plugin updates and support, you must renew your license each year.
Updates are provided to valid license holders. If you have a valid and active license key, and your purchased plugin(s) supports it, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard.
A valid license is required for all support requests.
My goal is to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with my products. If the plugin does not work for you as you expected, I will endeavour to fix any bug within a reasonable time. If fixing the bug does not help, I am happy to issue a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase.
